Day started off overcast we travelled across La Gironde via ferry .......Pat Nolan was with the captain imparting his knowledge of his time at the Limerick Steam Ship Company
Lunch today was excellant hot chicken and bread .....we are easily pleased
Eoin Jackson decided to throw himself off his bike at a roundabout
Pat Nolan packed the wrong tubes and spent twp hours changing a puncture.......well done¨Pat.....
One of the younger members of the group decided to watch a helicopter landing instead of the road causing him to divert his route and draw the attention of the local ambulance crew .....even though there was nothing wrong with him
Our Physio is earning her keep working on renovating some old and tired bodies....keep going Fergal
